Currently, three Funds are available. An all equity Fund, an all fixed income Fund, and a balanced Fund. If you want to make your own asset allocation decision, you can select the exposure to stocks or bonds that is most appropriate for the purpose of the money being invested. If you want the Board of Managers in consultation with the adviser to make this choice the Easton Balanced Fund will accomplish that objective.

Funds are now valued daily, not that we expect anyone to become “day traders” but because we realize that once you make your decision as to how you want your money managed, you would like to implement it as quickly as possible.

Because we value the Funds daily, you can see what is happening to your investment any day you choose. Perhaps an important meeting is coming up and you want to tell your audience how your investments are doing, that information is available at your fingertips. You will be able to calculate returns from any starting date to any ending date, again a feature that may be needed only occasionally, but it will always be available. If you want to know what was held in the fund a short time ago, that information is there.

Our adviser provides us with quarterly comments which will be retained in our archives so you can go back and check what was said whenever you are curious. Not only do you get commentary but facts and characteristics of the Funds are also available.
